As the Secretary of the CCPBA (The Connecticut Charter and Party Boat Association) I have been dealing with John from Grey Goose Graphics on a daily basis and sometimes multiple times a day as of late. Our customer relationship started off with basic web design and has progressed into Grey Goose taking the lead using their expertise and components forming the backbone of the largest event the CCPBA has ever held. Overall I rate Grey Goose a full 5. I also have another account with a competitor of Grey Goose, when the contract expires, I will bring this account to Grey Goose as well. Grey Goose is quick and concise: emails, and site updates never go more than a few hours (if that) without out a return or completion. John brought problem solving direction and a focused plan to us, and we have exceeded expectations with much less effort. Any short comings I can speak of, are from our side; The CCPBA is comprised of 40 strong minded individuals and often it is difficult to get the majority in favor of a strategy that would allow Grey Goose to produce the best website. This is a sincere evaluation of Grey Goose Graphics, being in business myself, I understand that being objective increases quality of service. In this case it was difficult to find changes I would suggest.
