Numerous distribution options also exist including:
- Share on social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Publish to Google Street View, VRBO, and/or Realtor.com.
- Embed your 3D space on your website.
Grey Goose Graphics has a reputation for exceeding expectations. As we do with many of our other services, we DO NOT markup fees and subscriptions with third party services. Our income is derived from the service and labor provided to you. This transparent pricing model not only allows us to remain competitive but shows you exactly how your investment is being used.
Each Grey Goose Graphics Client will be set up with their own Matterport account. This will allow the client to access, edit, annotate, extract photos, videos, etc. independent of Grey Goose Graphics should they choose to do so. (Grey Goose Graphics is not responsible for data loss as a result of client’s actions (trim, edit, extract, blur, delete, etc.) within the Matterport Portal).
Accounts are invoiced by the number of active projects in their account at any given time. (A discount for yearly prepay also exists through Matterport).
Note:
3D Modeling is very accurate and captures everything. The proper staging of a property is essential for a quality and accurate model. If there is clutter, dirt, grime, this will be amplified in the final model AND may negatively affect the processing done on the Matterport platform. Once scanned an uploaded, other than blurring objects, there is no option to remove items, or edit scans like you would do with a photo image. Requests to rescan a project will be treated and invoiced the same as an original scan.
