A message to our clients, family & friends
during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Like others around us, we are finding the COVID-19 Pandemic to be challenging, frustrating and at times a bit overwhelming.

Like many small businesses, we are working hard to continue to provide services to those who have depended us since we opened our doors fourteen years ago.  We are providing updates to websites, graphic design and print production, email marketing as well as other services as requested.  We are all working remotely and remain ready, willing and able to support your organization.

Many of our clients have asked for guidance regarding marketing their products or services during this time when many, like us, are simply just trying to get by.  Here are the three things to consider.

  • If you have information, provide a service that will help someone, or anything that may provide some relief to the community during the pandemic, there is no reason you should not make it known.  We strongly advise against trying to take advantage of others during this time, but if you can truly help, your message should be heard.
  • Now more than ever before people are engaged with TV, social media, and the web.  From gathering information and staying informed to pure entertainment to pass the time, digital traffic is at an all time high.  If you are in a position to use this appropriately, the potential returns on investment in this area has never been higher.
  • While everyone is impacted, concerned and unsure of the future, the bottom line is the future is coming.  Within reason, all individuals, businesses and organizations should be planning for the future.  Life and the world we knew just a few weeks ago is not coming back.  We are defining the new normal and our future by our actions today.  Those who have a plan (even if it needs to be modified 10 more times before fully implemented) will be in better shape than those who passively let others shape their future.

Many of our clients are faced with time they never had.  While we believe it’s important to take some time for yourself and time with your family during the “state of pause” in our daily lives, be sure to take time for your future.  Maybe this takes the shape of revising your business plan, updating your website or promotional materials, or simply cleaning and reorganizing your workspace.  Whatever that may be, it’s important you take an active role in your future.

We look forward to continuing to build on our history in the future and hope to see all of you part of it as well.

Take care and stay healthy!
